What is GROHOUR?
GROHOUR is a concentrated herbal hair oil created to support healthy hair growth while nourishing the scalp, roots and hair. It can be used throughout the scalp or focused on areas that need more attention.
How often should I use GROHOUR?
Use GROHOUR three times a week as part of your regular hair care routine. Three applications per week are sufficient, so there is no need to apply it more frequently.
How long should I leave the oil on?
Leave the oil on for at least 3 hours before washing it out. If you prefer to leave it on overnight, do not exceed 8 hours in total, and wash it out in the morning.
Where should I apply GROHOUR?
GROHOUR can be applied throughout the scalp or focused on targeted areas such as the hairline, temples, edges and other sparse areas.
Which bottle should I choose?
Choose the Precision Roll-On for precise application to targeted areas, including the hairline, temples and edges. Choose the Full Scalp Dropper for broader scalp application or if you prefer a larger bottle.
Is GROHOUR suitable for all hair types?
Yes. GROHOUR is suitable for all hair types and textures.
Why is GROHOUR oil so dark?
The deep colour comes naturally from the concentrated herbs infused into the coconut oil. Although it looks dark in the bottle, it disperses like a regular oil when applied.
What ingredients are in GROHOUR?
GROHOUR is made with bhringraj, hibiscus, vetiver, curry leaves, amla, brahmi, aloe vera, marshmallow plant, liquorice and organic coconut oil.
Why does the oil sometimes become solid?
Because GROHOUR contains organic coconut oil, the formula may naturally solidify at cooler temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect the formula.
What should I do if the oil solidifies?
With the bottle securely closed, place only the glass portion in a cup or bowl of warm water until the oil returns to a liquid state. Shake thoroughly before applying.
Should I shake the bottle before using it?
Yes. Shake GROHOUR thoroughly before each application to ensure the herbal infusion is evenly distributed throughout the oil.
Do I need to apply a lot of oil?
No. Apply enough to evenly cover the scalp or targeted areas without oversaturating the hair. GROHOUR is a concentrated formula, so a controlled application is all that is needed.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before they are dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed, so please carefully review your address before completing checkout.
Can I change the products in my order after checkout?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee changes once checkout has been completed. Please review your products, bottle selection and quantities carefully before placing your order.
How will I know my order was received?
Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if I entered incorrect information when ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has been placed, contacting us promptly gives us the best opportunity to assist before processing is complete.
For that last one, I would keep the distinction clear: address changes are not guaranteed / effectively no, rather than giving shoppers the impression that emailing you means you will definitely be able to fix it.

Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
Yes. GROHOUR currently offers FREE Standard Tracked Shipping on Canadian orders.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
Standard tracked delivery within Canada is estimated at 2–8 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Is processing time included in the shipping estimate?
No. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, and the estimated shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched.
Will my order include tracking?
Yes. Canadian orders are shipped using tracked delivery. Your tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. Shipping options and applicable shipping costs for destinations outside Canada are shown at checkout.
What happens if my tracking has not updated yet?
Tracking may take some time to update after your order has been dispatched. Please allow the carrier time to scan and update your shipment as it moves through the delivery network.
